Administrative Assistant

Permanent, 37hrs/wk, TTO + 5 days

Grade A2/A3, SCP 2-4

Salary: £22,366 - £23,144 (actual salary £19,194-£19,836)


We seek to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated person with good organisational, administrative and communication skills to provide admin support to the PAs to the Headteacher & SLT. You will be joining a vibrant and friendly community in a school where all staff are committed to getting the best out of every student.

The successful candidate is likely to have experience of providing administrative support to staff in schools. However, whilst working in an educational environment would be desirable, for the right candidate it is not essential. They will have experience of working in an office environment, possess good I.T. skills, and be able to work as part of a team as well as independently.

Pay scale range: SCP7 (£11.59/hr)

We are looking for exam invigilators, for the academic year, to join our rota to work on a casual basis, at most times during the year, for both internal and external exam periods.

Paperwork and filing skills are required, with the ability to follow precise instructions. We are looking for people with a flexible attitude, the ability to work as part of a team and people who have good attention to detail. Training will be given.
