IT Technician

Permanent

37 hours per week, full-time

Payscale: A3 SCP3-4, £18,562 - £18,933 

Required from:  Immediate start

The prime objective of this role within the IT Support Department is to provide technical support services for the management of the schools’ IT facilities in the areas of curriculum and administration.

Applicants should have an enthusiastic approach, with good level of general IT familiarity, an understanding of HTML, Windows 10, Office 2019, iOS and Office 365 and an interest in, repair and maintenance of IT equipment.  Expertise in printer maintenance would be an advantage. The post is available with immediate start.

Receptionist – Student Reception

Pay scale A1-A3 £18,065 - £18,933.

Actual salary £15,850-£16,611 per annum.

Term time only, permanent

37 hours per week term time only plus 10 days

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and motived person to work within our busy administrative team.

The successful candidate will predominately be working in Student Reception, providing an effective and student-friendly first point of contact for students in all matters relating to school life, ensuring students are directed to the correct advice and guidance or issued with information in a timely manner. They will support in managing the safe entry and exit of students and recording and monitoring attendance. They will provide first aid to students in line with school’s policies and procedures.

A desire to support with the pastoral care of children is essential. Experience of working in an office environment is desirable, along with possessing good I.T and communication skills. The successful candidate should hold a first aid certificate or must agree to undertake first aid training.

Invigilators

Employed on a casual basis

Pay scale range: SCP 7 (£10.41/hr)

We are looking for exam invigilators, for the academic year, to join our rota to work on a casual basis, at most times during the year, for both internal and external exam periods.

Paperwork and filing skills are required, with the ability to follow precise instructions. We are looking for people with a flexible attitude, the ability to work as part of a team and people who have good attention to detail. Training will be given.
