We are looking for someone with talent, ambition, and experience to join our middle leadership team to support the leadership of the faculty and lead Art as a subject area.
The successful candidate will have experience of subject middle leadership, or be an outstanding aspiring middle leader and will have a strong track record of delivering improvement. They will also be a confident leader of staff, able to inspire a love of Art in students of all ages to ensure Art is regularly showcased to all stakeholders. Art is part of the Design Technology faculty and support with the leadership of whole faculty responsibilities such as Literacy and FOYF. These will be agreed with the successful candidate.
We need someone with enthusiasm, a ‘can do’ mentality, an ability to inspire others and translate a vision into reality. We will expect you to lead the subject are of Art and oversee the curriculum, including standards and outcomes; teaching and learning; engagement.
