Thursday 4 February

The online options process opens; students will need to access it via a link sent to their school email account.

Week beginning 8 February

Subject teachers will support students in their lessons by delivering a Focus on your Future lesson, which will allow students to explore the GCSEs and vocational subjects offered to them by that subject area.

Thursday 25 February

Year 9 Virtual Parents Evening will offer a final opportunity to talk to subject teachers and seek advice around option choices.

Friday 26 February

Deadline for options process.Β  All students must have completed their online choices.

Once all the choices are made we then start the process of timetabling for next year and we write to every student during the Summer term to confirm their courses.Β  If we are unable to fulfil a student's top three options, we will always speak to them in person.Β

If you have any concerns please contact Mr Greenwood, Head of Year 9.
